- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I arrived at the desk on a Sat morning with an acute asthma exacerbation. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and told me where to go to see the nurse. I was seen immediately by the nurse who was reassuring and kind and started immediate treatment. I was seen quite quickly by Dr Jean-Marc. De Maroussem who was also very friendly reassuring and easy to communicate with. He had a great manner and was extremely helpful. Being away from home this all mattered a lot and I am so appreciative. I really want to thank these people who cared for me. I am a Practice nurse from NZ and recognize quality care.
